I meant to post this a while ago, but I've been on kind of a semi-hiatus for the past month. I recently returned from a trip to Cape Town and Namibia, and just moved into NYC, so life has been a little crazy so far. There is so much to share, so I'm right back at it again!
For all you Bostonians out there, there is some hidden art right beneath your feet that only appear when it rains. Raining Poetry is a collaboration between the nonprofit, Mass Poetry, and City Hall. If you're in Boston let me know if you have seen one of these poems lying around! I think this is such a great way to expose poetry to a wider audience. It's totally unexpected. Imagine standing at a bus stop, cold and wet and miserable as the rain pours down, when suddenly at your feet a previously empty piece of pavement slowly reveals a hidden message...
